47% of voters pay zero in income taxes. What will it be like when 55-60% of voters pay zero in income taxes, and can vote themselves benefits from the government without any worries about where the money is comming from? The chart below is based on the
pre-obama growth rate of non-taxpayer voters--
this is where Republicans policies would take us (Democratic policies would take us the same place, just more quickly). Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan is the only one that solves this problem:

Herman Cain's 9-9-9 plan is the only one that solves this problem: Yes. But is it a good campaign strategy to run on a vow to increase taxes for 47% of voters? Full disclosure: I support Herman, but am unsure that 9-9-9 is an election winner.
