Sorry Skippy. You might have a “master’s degree” be we conservatives have all of the guns and ammo. Most are veterans. You might just want to go back to mommy and daddy’s basement and get back to the video games.

“we conservatives have all of the guns and ammo”

This is not true. The left has some elements which are armed. Principally gangbangers and the like, but also some racially genocidal groups and they do have some vets as well. Most large city police organizations would swing left, and probably most military officers and support MOS enlisted personnel. Add to this the fact that most conservatives choke at the idea of ‘breaking the law’, and the left relishes it.

It would not be pretty. Civil wars are always harder and more bloody than the proponents expect. A US civil war in the current day would resemble the Spanish Civil War in many ways.

Their main weak points are that they are lazy, fractious, self indulgent, addicted to magical thinking and with not a clue about logistics or in some cases sanitation and personal hygiene. They are mostly clumped in cities too.

This "we have all the guns" thinking keeps getting repeated, and it's not true. While many effete college agitators may have never held a gun, they also have various inner-city gangs and union thugs who are VERY familiar with guns. Also, keep in mind the Madison, WI protests where many of the unionized police sided with the protestors.

If they are talking revolution, it means that they are confident that they will have enough force to carry it out.

It might not even be a revolution they're thinking of, but a coup by Obama where he declares that, due to "civil unrest" on election day preventing many from getting to the polls, that election results cannot be considered valid.
