Perry and Michelle have offered plans - the tenth amendment - reducing the scope of the Federal government.

Perrys was to increase energy and Santorums was to lower corporate taxes to bring back jobs. I don’t care for the 999 plan. I’m already paying state and local employment tax plus a 6% sales tax. I don’t need to pay more taxes on purchases.
