Not true. Newt has jumped in the polls and Bachman lost votes to Perry. Cain looks like Perry 6 weeks ago and Bachman 8 weeks ago. If Perry supporters back Newt he would jump into the top 3.

-If- Newt can compel people to follow his lead, then he can lead.

So far, he hasn’t done that.

I agree. I think the picture just hasn’t come into focus yet. I would vote for Newt over Cain or the other candidates. I’m supporting Perry because I believe in him. When our candidate is chosen by the will of the people, I’ll support that candidate.
