Media & Congress Still Missing the Big Legal Point of the Gunwalker Scandal: it was a conspiracy to illegally export weapons to a foreign country.

Not just a foreign country, or a political faction, but multiple organized crime syndicates. The only thing I can think of as an historical comparison is state sponsored terrorism.
