“...how the slave-makers took Indigenous children, bury them up to their neck in dirt, then run up and kick their heads off for sport.”

Are these guys for real? I’ve never heard of such a thing, nor seen it tried. But I’m fairly certain that such a thing could NOT be possible. -kick the head off of a human body?
okay...

Documentation, please.

It's one of the classic stories told by one group about another to show how barbaric they are.

It can be as polite as "They do not love their children like we do" and run all the way up to horses, or men, kicking the heads of human victims ~ usually children but sometimes warriors, but usually never about women. None of the old timers got real attached to women since they were always dying in childbirth.

One analyst determined that in all of the 16th century there were never enough Spaniards in Latin America to have even begun to approach the death rate. If you lined up all the Spaniards and gave them the best swords, sharpened to perfection, and you began marching the Indians up against the Spaniards, the Spaniards would have died of old age before they managed to kill all the Indians they are supposed to have killed.

Not to say the Great Die Off didn't happen, but it was a virus ~ hanta virus ~ that regularly ravages the Americas. It comes back sometimes after a long drought. The rains return. The grass grows. The rodents expand their populations. They spread hanta to the people and the twenty somethings die like flies.
