I watched it this morning, I started laughing when he said one of these 3 men will be president in 2012. What was even funnier was none of the guests on his show mentioned Cain..
I just have to laugh when the liberal media does crap like that!

“Matthews believes he is marginalizing Cain by omitting him from the discussion....or possibly he has orders from his masters not bring attention to him...”

Yea, I think you guys are getting it. They are SCARED TO DEATH of Cain because he is a REAL CONSERVATIVE and likely can beat their ace-in-the-hole, Hillary (which I seriously doubt any of the other candidates can do).

The first step in trying to keep a guy marginalized is to make pretend that he doesn’t exist. With 5 people in the discussion, it’s more than obvious that this is a coordinated effort. It sometimes works and certainly won’t work here, since Cain is far up in the polls...but it did work prior to Cain breaking out of the pack - they gave him no attention, and no one took him seriously.

I vividly remember in the late-1990s when Larry King would get questions about Rush, his answer was “Never Heard of Him”, which was an outright lie, as nearly everyone in the country had heard of him by then, and EVERYONE in media had heard of him. It sounded so silly, that Rush repeats that phrase every once in a while.

Similarly, Rush’s first book sat on the top of the New York Times bestseller list for weeks, before anyone there thought to do a review of it.

Given those examples...it’s clear that this is a standard MSM technique, right out of their handbook, and they’re trying to apply it here - but it’s hopeless.

Don’t worry you stupid little colored people. We are White Liberals. We will take care of you. You just go ahead and eat your fried chicken and watermelon. We’ll take care of everything.

You know what strikes me?

Herman Cain is a Freeman.

The rest are not, and they willfully remain slaves with some form of Stockholm syndrome.

I think Mr. Cain is the perfect candidate to run against the grinning mongrel that still wants to makes slaves of black people.

Chris Matthews, the media equivalent of Ipecac.

This is at least the third instance I've seen of Cain being excluded. First I saw was CBS's face the nation talking about polling. They showed everyone but Cain and Cain was placing 3rd in that poll. Next was a piece on the last debate by Washington Post. Now we have this Matthews discussion on MSNBC.

I don't see how it can be anything other than racism. Cain inconveniently challenges their worldview so he must be ignored.

I think it’s desperation - they can easily handle Perry and Romney - they’ve got plenty of dirt and plenty of things they can sling at both of them, but Cain, they don’t know how to handle him. If anything, they prefer Romney since know a lot of evangelicals won’t vote for him. His performance on the View has to scare the crap out of some.
