These are trust fund babies who are despartately trying to recreate(badly) the "Summer of Love'" and the anti war protests but what they will get is the Chicago Democratic Convention riots.

No. Should the Wall Street, Smithsonian or Atlanta activists *raise the Red lantern as their compatriots and fellow travelers in Helsinki did in 1918, what they get will be neither a Summer of love nor brutal replay of a Chicago political convention, but a repeat of the start of a national civil war- in which around 1% of that nation's population was killed.

Of course that 1918 conflict was concluded after just four months of bloodletting. In our own 1861-1865 Civil War, about 2% of the US population at the time perished, but that was over a 4-year period. We can probable expect any possible replay of either conflict both to be of a longer duration and to be more intense in terms of the butcher's bill.

And the brilliant data mining algorithyms that gave rise to Google and Facebook will permit a tyrant to execute targeted assassinations at a level never before dreamed of by the NKVD or the Gestapo. They won't need to take out Guevera's 99 "innocent" men to get the one "enemy of the state." They can just go after the precise exact leaders of the insurgency with accidents, random muggings, polonium salad dressing, etc.

The gang that conceived and executed Fast and Furious (current body count over 200) would not hesitate, if it meant staying in power and out of jail.
