“She has said in the past that her ideal candidate is not someone seeking the office pandering to voters, but someone who is reluctant to serve and is found by the people and asked to make the personal sacrifice to serve. Ask that she make that sacrifice.”

She already considered and decided. You won’t change it. You haven’t thought through the fact that her making one decision, then changing her mind about it, will LOSE support, as people question her steadiness in making decisions. So her decision is final.

Better to simply thank her for considering it and let her know that if she ever runs, you will be a supporter. She aint a candidate for 2012, but that doesnt mean it cant open up some later time.

Ronald Reagan said that the candidate doesn’t make the decision to run for office, the people do. If Chris Christie can be asked over and over to run (not by the people, but by the media and the party elite) we, the people, certainly can ask the only person capable of leading sudden relentless reform to reconsider.
