Far from being a representative of traditional values, MLP is a total fraud (her real name is Marion).  "Tall, blonde and telegenic, Le Pen, 43, is a twice-divorced single mother" MLP is also a Statist, very anti -American, anti-Semitic, and anti Israel.  "Now the party wants a strong state, a regulated economy."

The fact that much if her supporters come from disillusioned extreme far left Trotskyites, Communists, and other anti-capitalists says alot about who MLP really is.... She is her father in drag!

Unfortunate. I knew that Marine had picked up her father’s mantle, but didn’t know she was like that. I also agree that she seems to be politically smarter and likely to be more successful than her father.

Why is it that these Nazi groups step in and misappropriate many of the political points that real conservatives should be standing on? Evidently because there are no real conservatives in Europe, or very few of them.

Maggie Thatcher was just about the last real conservative in England or Europe. Except maybe in countries like Poland.

Disagree with you views on MLP. She is more representative of the French people than its political elites who have allowed their country to be overrun with immigrants who are not being assimilated. They are taking jobs and increasing welfare costs. What is going on in France should be a cautionary tale for the US.

FRENCH ELECTION ALERT!
TOMORROW, SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9 IS THE FIRST ROUND OF TGE SOCIALIST PARTY PRIMARY.
If no candidate gets 50% there will be a second round runoff next week.
There are six major candidates, including Ségolène Royal, the losing candidate from last time, François Hollande, former PS president, and Martine Aubry, daughter of EU founder Jacques Delors. Hollande is cavorts.
