Unless Holder was acting behind the scenes it was AG Janet Reno and Gen Wesley Clark of the US Army Delta Force under Bill Clinton who torched the Branch Dividians at Waco TX.
Holder was Deputy Attorney General under Reno and was deeply involved in Waco, Ruby Ridge, and the Elian Gonzalez disaster. It is disgusting that so many Republicans voted to confirm him as AG.
