"After offering the obligatory comment that he intends to be the nominee, Cain said,"

President Cain sounds soooo much better to me the VP Cain.

He wouldn’t pick you.

Second it is increasingly obvious he is incapable of going hard after Romney which to me? RED FLAG.

But doesn’t matter. Romney will win because Cain can’t beat him and really isn’t trying hard to beat him. the only person he, Michelle, or the rest seem to want to beat is Perry.

Maybe you should spend your time posting articles telling us Gov Perry's positions on the issues are instead of spending all your time making up absurd attack posts about Cain.

And do try to make them about ISSUES for change. We do not need yet another string of "Perry is a wonderful guy who did a bunch of great things in Texas" Cult of Personality style postings.

Where are the articles about Perry's ideas and issues papers about what he would do as President?

As anybody who takes the time to read about it knows, Perry’s family did not own the hunting property with the offensive name. They leased it.

Did the WashPost report Perry’s owned it or is it this author that isn’t interested in accuracy?

Or both?

So why should I be concerned about Cain’s endorsement of Romney in 2008 and not about Perry’s 2008 endorsement of Pro abortion, big government Liberal Rudy Giuliani?

While no surprise, it’s troubling.

Still waiting.

Or could it be you have NO idea what Perry's potions on anything are and are merely posting per-programed campaign bot attack lines against anyone not Perry?

These new positions that Cain are staking out really sour me on his candidacy. He is showing himself as a small man who has a race chip he is carrying. We don’t need another one of those. Its a great disappointment because he was looking polished and self disciplined, with an on target message. Oh well.

Saying stuff like this makes me thing Herm is not ready for prime time.

He's still my second choice, though.

But it has to be someone who I believe I can complement them in their job by being able to bring my skills to the table."

So is Cain saying he has no skills he could add to Rick Perry's skills, or is he saying Rick Perry is so racist that he wouldn't LET Cain bring his skills to the table? Whichever one is his reasoning for not wanting to be Perry's VP, it sounds like hogwash to me.

Tell you what. I will take you seriously when you ask Rick Perry who's VP he would be.

Sorry but this is exactly the same thing I heard, and bought, in 2000. I HAD to back GW Bush to stop McCain. Only GW Bush could beat Gore. We could ask no questions about Bush's positions we had to support him. To question Bush's postions or his records or his background was to be pro McCain or Pro Gore.

Sorry Perry is going to have to earn Conservative support this time. He cannot demand it with this sort of Cult of Personality campaigning.

Conservatives have been fooled by these sorts tactics before, we will not be buffaloed again.

The fact that you are responding in under a minute to a 6 paragraph posting to you indicates you are no longer even bothering to pretend that you are thinking about things

Sorry but that sort of mindless bot response by you indicates that what I contended in my 1st post is correct.

You are merely posting pre programed Campaign bot attacks lines and have never been the least interested in honestly discussing the candidates merits.

Still haven't gotten it thru you head yet have you?

I thought I made it pretty clear to you yesterday. I guess we have to teach it to you again since you seem incapable of remembering anything day to day.

Your blind loyalty to Perry based on nothing but the state he is from and the school he went to is childish.

It is utterly impossible to take your posting seriously when you have nothing to offer but your emotional based feelings.

Glad you have feelings. That you like Perry does not magically qualify Perry to be President.

To use my Mama’s saying, “That little crumb-dum!”

How dare he say that he has not looked, but that Perry is not strong on border security?

When has any candidate in the past said similar about another before the primary?

I’m trusting Cain less and less. He has a problem with Perry but not Romney? There is just something really off about that.

That’s ok, as I wouldn’t be comfortable voting for Cain. If he should win the nomination I will vote for him under the concept of ABO but I will no work for nor send money.

Cain Says He ‘Would Not Be Comfortable’ As Perry's Running Mate

I'm OK with that.

It's the fact that he'd have no problem being Mitt's running mate that bothers me.
