After the media reports came out Sunday AM, Herman Cain went on two major political shows and played the race card. Cain acted no better then Jackson, Rangel, Waters or Reverand Al. Damage done! The feeding frenzy continues.

Thought better of Herman. Guess I was wrong.

Yeah, but he since then backed off and said several times on numerous shows that now that he learned the facts he did not think it reflected poorly on Perry. While I agree that I wish he had not to begin with, he has since stepped up to the plate and corrected the record multiple times on national shows. Has Rangel, Waters, or Rev Al?

Actually, in a devious way, playing off the "vanilla" front runners in the GOP gives him room to appeal to blacks who otherwise would never consider voting for a GOP candidate. If he puts some distance between himself and the "vanilla" republicans, that creates some room and makes it a little easier for a black democrat to cross over and support him.

BTW, if Cain could really bring anything close to the 33% black support along with him the Democratic party would be finished for good.

I am serious. They must have 85% or more or they are toast.

He may have taken out half of zero's black base with that, probably the ones that vote. I don't think Cain is losing conservative blacks either, granted a small voting block, and he could make the race issue null and void this election. Ramped up racial tensions is all zero's doing. Not perfect but best choice so far IMHO, and he is not a reparations type.

I will vote for that nappyheaded guy 'cause I don't like people with big ears.
