God I know. I’m reading this all over the Internet.
I wanted her to run as much as anyone, and would have done as much as anyone could to help that happen, but the fact is she is NOT and we have to move on.
I’m not so sure I’d want to be President of this nation right now anyway!
People are in shock and they just need a few days off the Intertubes for the smoke to clear. Hopefully, they’ll pick up and start again. Right now, there’s a lot of people who are saying they are out of the picture for this next election, and that is NOT good.
I have some very smart friends who do want Obama to be re-elected for this reason: they do not believe anyone can stop the impending financial collapse of the country. Best it happen while a Dem is in the WH. Otherwise, the Repub would be blamed regardless of culpability.
Myself, I prefer to hope for the best.
