James Bowie, David Crockett and the other Texans who died defending the Alamo must be puking in their graves. It is so early in the contest that no one can predict who the nominee will be at this point.
Gov. Perry brought these problems on himself. The primary process is intended to weed out the people who are not able to compete and strengthens those who can. So get a grip. No disrespect intended but I don't think the country is ready for another compassionate conservative who thinks he is entitled to force what he knows is best on others and gave in state tuition to illegal aliens. I like and admire former President Bush a great deal, but I don't think that GW Part Deux would have a chance in the general election.
I would not count Perry out yet. This is still very early in the race.
