Check out Vlingo. It's been out for a year, and is a very good contextual speech-to-action app. Available for the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, and Windows Mobile, and Symbian. Works great!

I have Vlingo. It does not work that well, in my opinion. Complicated commands and it does not recognize the words I am saying about 50 percent of the time, and when it does, it does not give me what I want. The built in voice search that Google supplies on Android 2.3 works better. And neither one works as well as the voice search that I had in my Samsung Instinct 3 years ago. It had simple commands and recognized what I was saying. Siri looks like a big advancement.
