ESPN has a contract with the NFL and ESPN would not make such a move unless the NFL directed them to do so

they can probably make a spur decision which will be reviewed by all concerned....if they are smart, and they are, they will reinterpret the entire conversation and reinstate Hank.

That depends. If they find that Hank Jr adds value to the MNF NFL product they might bring him back.

If they find that Hank Jr. does not add value to the NFL product, they will not bring him back.

My guess is that he brings no added value to the NFL product and he is gone for good.
