Understood but he should have said he’d wait to get the facts. If he has instinctive emotional reactions to unsubstantiated accusatios, that’s not good in a President.

Cain isn't a seasoned politician. He will have to grow a bit to win. But look at the alternatives: Perry: no fence, did nothing about illegals while governor (I'm a Texan...), hasn't kept very many campaign promises. Romney: Leftist. Bachman: No chance. Paul: Excessively isolationist. The others: Just that... no shows. Cain: Not a politician, has an actual plan (sales tax, reduced flat income tax) proven in other countries to help the economy, knows how to run a real business.

I would still go with Perry, mainly because I just know more about him and can forgive some of his errors. But Cain is worth a closer look.
