Yes, a troll slipped out there forty are fifty years ago and painted the rock. Someone is telling one, paint on a rock lying flat will not last ten years, unless someone comes by and repaints it occasionally.

I can show you paint on rocks that was put there in the 1850s when Wagon trains crossed the Sierras. The paint is still there and readable, and it has been a he** of a lot longer than 10 years. Graffiti is nothing new, people liked painting there names on rocks back in the day also.
