The article gives too much credit to the ACLU for “Misinterpreting the Establishment Clause” and the subsequent appeal to reason, logic, and fairness.
The ACLU has NEVER been for Civil Liberties OR the Constitution.
It is a communist front organization that is dedicated to the breakdown of the things that Lenin said were impediments to Communism in America: Our Individuality, Our Religious Faith, and Our Morality.
Well of course. After all the ACLU was founded by a communist. Why would anyone assume it was for civil liberties or the constitution?
