Heaven help us if he's the nominee. Cain is so happy to be the anti-candidate that he speaks without thinking how his words will be used against him. He's attractive now, but when people start thinking about who our next POTUS will be do they really want someone who says "I don't know a lot about foreign policy", "I support the 2nd Amendment, but states should be able to restrict it", "I'm Pro-Life but I won't sign a pledge stating that".
Cain plays right into obama's hands. He makes obama look like he's experienced and competent.
I realize Cain has made several problematic statements.
My point was in regards to Cain saying he can’t vote for Perry in the general even if Perry were to be nominated.
Whoa!
So I’m asking, if Cain doesn’t get it, who will he be for in the primaries but Mitt Romney, right? He endorsed Romney in 2008 so that’s just about locked in.
If Perry were nominated, Cain would do what...sit out the election, vote third party, vote Obama?
All of those would be bad choices.
