If the court throws obumblecare in the trash it proves that he is stupid and rammed through a bill that cost state taxpayers billions to comply with the law.

It isn't like states haven't been changing everything and spending money on it. How many private companies have totally changed their business plans to soften the blow of the stupid law that never should have passed?

This will just prove he is a stupid jackass and unfit for office.
