I quoted Liberty & Tyranny, NOT Men in Black. Although Men in Black touches the 14th, the way Mark addresses it is very different from how he addressed in L&T. So, If you are going to respond, at least respond with the correct book.
What is interesting to me & shows Mark's bias is the fact that he cites Erler in L&T, but what he does not cite from Erler is the fact that 14th citizenship can not be defined without using the sister act, the Expatriation Act of 1868, that was passed the same week. This Act of Congress was very specific, dual citizenship is not, nor had it ever been, a practice of the US. In fact, it states that dual citizenship is the opposite of US policy as it is a threat to our sovereignty & national security.

Pages 204-205, hits the nail on the head, and must be done.

There was a poster (xzins) on a week (or so) ago claiming that Marco Rubio's father had initiated the process of becoming a citizen prior to Marco's birth. If that is not true, then that changes my perspective. To give a man a break on this question there must be at least an argument for it. If his father had not at least STARTED the process, then no stretch of interpretation will save him. Here is the comment.
