Tom's point is that the former Gore supporter is absolutely not a border security candidate.
He opposes any physical security.
He claimsm to support troops, but never considered deploying anyone as governor. In other words, he's a fraud.
He opposes not only checking legal status for all jobs, but for government jobs.
QED Perry is a Tejas open borders man.

Perry has said a fense should be erected near areas of population but it makes no sense in the wide open spaces of the 1200 mile border (most of which is river). Perry has spent $400 million STATE tax dollars on patrolling the borders, the state can't just send the guard without federal consent (believe me, we know because Arizona tried) all we ended up with was a couple hundred who did not have weapons and were sitting ducks). You would think he would know better since he served in the senate, or does he know better but is banking on the ignorance of the people who follow him to not know the laws of the country well enough.

I think you’ve been drinking the kool aid. Tancredo endorsed Romney in 2008.
