Three September debates have shaken-up the race for the Republican presidential nomination. Herman Cain has jumped into the top tier. Rick Perrys stumbled. Mitt Romney's holding steady.
And Michele Bachmann is hitting bottom. Thats according to a Fox News poll released Wednesday.
The new poll found Cains support has nearly tripled among GOP primary voters to 17 percent.
Thats up from 6 percent before this months debates, and puts him in what is essentially a three-way tie with Perry and Romney.

Who are these people that keep pushing Romney? I swear that I know nobody that is for him, or would even vote for him.

From about an hour and a half ago if anyone is interested in the comments thereon.

Romney 23%
Perry 19%
Cain 17%
Now *this* is a poll I have more faith in.
If Cain picks up Bachmann’s 3%, he’s in the running.
Mail.
Crap. Sorry, mods. Go ahead and lock it up and chastise me. I thought it was brand new - The blog that had the story had put it up less than a minute before I saw it.
But that can't be. Perry's supporters said the debates are meaningless.

No problem. I was just cross linking so than others could see the comments on the other thread.
For the time being, the least objectionable to me is Gingrich. :( Generally conservative — give him a passing grade, anyway. Political experience — A+.
I could live with it if Perry were nominated, that is until he lost to Obama, which he would.
But let’s face it. Romney has it in the bag. (Thanks a lot, Sarah.)
I just made my donation to Cain’s campaign by buying an autographed copy of his new book. Woot! I’ve had a really good feeling about him for a long time now.
Herman Cain to tier baby! Perry is on his way out and with him out, Bachmann on her last legs, Palin making it sound like she isn’t getting in?
I’ll take Herman Cain vs Mitt Romney. I know which one the majority of real conservatives will support.
"Romney's incredible 3 to 1 devastating loss to Herman Cain in Florida
proves nothing to us. To FOX News, me, Ailes and McGinniss,
the very lovable (ineligible RINO) Milt Romney
will remain who we will forever pimp
... as YOUR leading candidate."
Right on! Let’s go Cain.
(cue naysayers who will say this is still just another ‘fluke’)
Two things:
First I signed up to donate 20.00 a month to Cain.
Second, first thing this morning I emailed every Fox talking head. The SUBECT “THERE ARE THREE FRONT RUNNERS NOT TWO!!!!

But all the talking heads say “he can’t win”!
Hah! “YES HE CAN”!
If they drop out, Cain will take most of bachmans, newts, santorums and Perrys votes (all the good guys) . Romney’s supporters generally are all the ‘moderate’ conservatives. His numbers wont change. Nor will Pauls. Okay Romney and Paul are good guys too. I just don’t support alot of their platforms.
