Sarah or Herman Cain is sworn in as the new president....the other is appointed vice president and is approved by the Senate.
The new president fires all of Obama’s czars and cabinet secretaries. The new president replaces all of them with conservatives.
Taxes, rules and regulations, etc. are rolled back or eliminated entirely.
