He has said what he would do as POTUS...what he would have the current POTUS do to secure the border...boots on the ground, drones in the air.

I would hope he would have all welfare benefits cut off. I assume Congress would have to do that.

Instate tuition is is not an incentive for illegals to come to TX anymore than the other 9 states that have instate tuition. They come for freebies...not to pay tuition!
