Not that I really want to argue the point, but Congress did offer up a Declaration of War against Germany and WWII was funded by US War Bonds as well as other revenue measures. I don’t have a problem fighting, especially the Muslim bastards that would see us dead. I just wish we would let the military do their job, get in, kick ass, and get the crap out.
