It's bad enough Perry's incoherent, inarticulate, mumbles, and utters some really dumb non sequiturs, but he does it all with that goofy (drug-induced?) grin on his face.
That might go over big in cattle country, now somebody ought to tell Perry he's not in Texas anymore.

He seemed completely confused, was rambling and appeared to be talking to himself. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it in a national debate.
