Duncan Hunter got a bill passed to build a fence but.....good ol' Kay Bailey was one that voted not to fund that fence.
BTW, CA built part of the fence and it works!
Kay Bailey is a RINO. The California border is very different than the Texas/Mexico topography, but if the Feds want to pay to build it I’m all for it.

Yes fences work...if they aren’t the worn out junk that’s been put up in Texas that they call fences....where the fences are done the right way it cut illegal crossings in those areas 90%...
The Border Patrol site shows some of these dufuss fences...sad...but where they are solid they work
