He didn’t veto letting children of illegals pay for their own in-state tuition.Even if he HAD vetoed it, the bill was passed with such a huge percentage of the texas legislature that he would have been overturned.

He didn’t veto letting children of illegals pay for their own in-state tuition. The first time it passed, in 2001, only 4 members in the entire Texas legislature voted NO. When it was updated in 2005, ZERO voted NO.
