You may not understand this, but most voters do and the number who will make a decision based on anything Perry says about illegals is vanishingly small. Perry's fate won't turn on his attitudes toward illegal immigration, or on his decision to require gardasil injections or on his aggressive fund raising practices. He isn't going to rise or fall based on how well (or poorly) he debates. All of this is much ado about nothing.
The successful Governor of Texas will beat the one and done former Governor of Massachusetts hands down in a Republican Presidential primary. Barring a late entry, Perry's the nominee.
I think Cain was the winner tonight, but no one asked him about illegals working in his kitchens.
Perry hurt himself VERY badly last night in many, many ways. Did you watch the debate? Did you hear the audience reaction when he spoke about paying for the education of illegals? Check the polls on this also...
Perry's demeanor was not very good...his speech at times was halting. In my opinion, I think that there's a slim chance that he can recover from these debates...he has not won one of them. Aside from that, many Republicans and conservatives have had enough Texas governors for a while in the presidency...another one who makes noise like a "compassionate conservative?" NO THANK YOU...
