12 states allow illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition. If the federal government isn’t going to take care of it, states have to deal with the issue in the best way they can.

Hmm, leave them uneducated. Or, as I've recommended, be humane about it and give them a scholarship back in Mexico.

That will solve several problems ~ (1) Their presence in the US, (2) The lifetime of crime they would be expected to pursue (3) Their lack of education, and (4) Their deplorable American accents in Spanish ~

Here is the court case against in-state tuition in Texas, Immigration Reform Coalition of Texas v. State of Texas (University of Houston) Please take a look at it.

Bills were introduced in the Texas legislature this year to repeal the law.
