You left out an important caveat.

There is no way to know which people who get HPV will go on to develop cancer or other health problems.

If 6,000,000 people a year contract HPV, approximately 600,000 have immune systems that will not clear HPV naturally.

You do know there are 30 HPV's that cause cancer. Gardasil protects against TWO. The other two are for warts.
