I heard OBOZO didn't declare his POTUS candidacy until January of 2008... So why can't Sarah do the same thing?

You heard wrong. Obama declared his candidacy in February, 2007, about two weeks after Hillary announced.

Among the Republicans, all of the major contenders (McCain, Romney, Huckabee, Giuliani, Paul, Hunter) had announced by February, 2007.

Well that is not the first or the last time I have heard something wrong. LOL!

If PALIN plans on running, I still think it is wise to keep out of the Fish Bowl as long as you can. I do think she will announce “in or out” by Sept 30th.

I neither like Perry or Romney, both are plastic and have we not been down this “RINO ROAD”so many times? If Palin doesn't run, my heart will broken. I honestly believe SHE is the only one who can beat that impostor in the WH.

The one person who is most feared by the RATS, RINOS and ESTABLISHMENT is SARAH. This is the proof, Palin is the CHANGE America needs.
