All spins are preceded by a stall. Flat spins are with the wings level whether they are upright or inverted. They recoverable depending on your altitude and aircraft type.
Full opposite rudder to stop the spin followed by full forward (or reverse) yoke to put the nose down to get wind moving over your flight surfaces.
In 0bama's case, full left rudder will accelerate his spin. Full right rudder will cost him his base without gaining him support from conservatives who trust him about as far as they can throw Mt. Rushmore.
Unfortunately for him, he is rapidly running out of altitude(time) to recover. Instead of pushing the stick forward (cutting taxes), he is pulling back (raising taxes). This will only ensure that he hits the ground(Nov 2012) tail first.
0bama is broadcasting on 121.5 MHz and no one cares. (Not knowing anything about the military, he won't try 243 MHz. If he did try it they wouldn't respond either.)
