I don't believe I am confusing anything. From signing the Mulford act as Governor of California in 1967 to his support of the Brady bill in 1991, Reagan had a long history of supporting gun control. He did sign an illegal alien amnesty in 1986. Everybody makes mistakes, but there is nothing conservative about illegal alien amnesties and gun control. My point is that I think the Republican party is more conservative now than it was in 1980. I believe that Perry, Palin (if she runs), Bachmann and Cain are all more conservative than Reagan was and any of them would better protect my 2nd amendment rights. To me, that is a good thing and shows the progress conservatives have made.

I have no gun rights in New York City. I certainly support it, because we’ll need it. But immigration is a more important issue. The political class and plutocrats are literal electing a new people and have been doing so since 1965. They are purposely importing socialists and a new underclass. My children will be a dispised official-discriminated against minority because they are white. That is where we are headed following current laws and kytocratic dicta (Supreme Court rulings).
