Well, he promised that lady in Florida that he was going to pay for her rent, car, groceries, etc. out of his secret stash. If he is going to pay her bills, then he has to pay the bills of every other ignorant, democrat voting, career-welfare recipient. He probably figures that $1.5 trillion will be enough to carry him to the next election. /s
