That's what makes this so special. No matter who comes to his defense and denies his incompetence, Obama can't even pretend to be smart without the lingering thoughts of his incompetence.

Obama is trying to create the class warfare but I think a lot of people out of work will think more in lines of “why would anyone tax the people that could be paying me?”.

Obama is now saying that there is no hope for the poor and unemployed so he'll attack the better off.
