I agree with you, no one should have to pay a higher
amount of taxes,(but no one should pay a lesser amount.)
It should be a set percentage period.
It should be equal.

Heck, I'd be happy if they evened it up in two steps: First, stop giving "refunds" to those who pay no taxes. Then go ahead and start an equal percentage program.
