Exactly, probably 20% of Bambi’s votes came from Morons whom voted for him for no other reason that he was the flavor of the week (he is black) with no thought about whether he could do the job. Same thing would happen with Hitlery ( Wow! a Women President, Way Cool!)

No - Barry needs to go ASAP. Here in Illinois, he pulled off a couple of dirty tricks and won the senate seat, running away.

Whenever a sitting president has been challenged in his own primary, that party has lost the Presidency.

Ford was challenged by Reagan in ‘76 - Ford won the nomination, but lost the general election.

GHW Bush was challenged by Buchanan in ‘92 - Bush won the nomination, but lost the general.

LBJ was challenged by McCarthy and RFK - dropped out - and, of course, the nominee ended up being Humphrey, who lost big time to Nixon.

Oh, and you can’t forget Teddy Kennedy challenging Carter, who, then lost the general election to Reagan.
