After taking a lot of grief during his last re-election campaign over allegations of political favoritism influencing the Texas Emerging Technology Fund, Gov. Rick Perry was pleased to announce the results of a report by the State Auditors Office giving the program a clean bill of health.
The report found no fraud or violation of state law in the operation of the TETF, nor did it find any political basis for the awarding of TEFT money, the governors office said in a news release.

It is public knowledge that the audit came up clean as a whistle as far as Rick Perrys personal time and efforts in bringing these jobs to Texas... AND Texas got a 3 to 1 return on the grant money PLUS more high tech jobs in Texas.
