Amost sounds like this could be some training evolution or exercise mistaken for something else, but who knows in today’s world.
The first report said it was in the Civil Engineer building. We used to practice team movement techniques and defensive fighting positions with plastic/fake M-16’s.

Civil Engineer building Have seen and viewed that report. Some media outlets are reporting this as the location. Conflicting reports on location. Base Personnel may know exact location.
