Good article EBH...looks like a sly way of cooking the books, yet again only on an International scale. But then I doubt this is new....we just have information access which prior to the computer age we didn’t have...by the time we learned of it the “thing” was said and done.
I am of the mind the pace of which things are moving along in centralizing the world revenues, it really wouldn’t require a long drawn out affair to integrate the entire banking systems into one unit whereby all transactions would be under one central hub, once they’ve established ‘where’ these revenues can flow with greatest volume, mnay of which can occur before anyone can blow any whistles.
In the US the educational system, green energy, insurances, and the like are big money areas as well as Ira’s, Pensions, and 401k’s. They’ll be going after all these areas and already figured in the agenda. Gores global warming nonesense of course played into this as well as capa nd trade.....I still think they’ll get that going with a different name and urgency.
From many institutes, organizations and other entites used by them as slush funds....of recent Solyndra comes to mind....millions into one company alone....it’s a matter of moving money from one place to another and cooking the books as it goes so it never reveals the true figures and comes out “looking” clean. Oftentimes it’s not really there but presented as so. Social secuirty comes to mind and others which have been zapped left and right...Fannie mae another not to mention banks who cook their books.
