Obama's proposal is all tax increases - but no congressman ever submitted Obama's "American Jobs Act" for legislative consideration.The joke is that a Republican Congressman submitted his own "American Jobs Act" which would null out the corporate income tax and do other pro growth things which Obama wouldn't support on a bet. So now, when Obama promotes the "American Jobs Act," he is promoting a bill he didn't propose and doesn't support.
