With all due respect, this is not good hermeneutics. This passage is addressed to Israel, the nation that was God’s. It contains no promise to any country, irrespective of their view or behavior.

You can bet if we turn our back on Israel, God's judgement will be harsh.

The Scriptures support your claim, but from a passage wherein such cautions are addressed to all other countries. Not the same thing as claiming if we "turn" to God He will heal our land. Just encouraging careful use of the text. There are no blanket promises to other countries.
