Can you think of an example when a former member of a presidential ticket successfully sued anyone for defamation? I can't think of one.

Seriously . . . somebody come up with an example . . . even Third, Fourth, Fifth, or Sixth Party.

Can you honestly state an instance where a candidate has been subjected to as much “trash talk” as Palin has? I am not saying she should or would sue. What I am saying is I believe she COULD sue if she desired and in all likelihood prevail.

I am not a Palin fan, but the media has defamed her every chance they get. Case in point, “I can see Russia from my front porch” Said by Tina Fey, not Sarah Palin and if you ask anyone, they will attribute the statement to Palin.

I am tired of conservatives always taking the “high road” when dealing with the asshats. I think if her attorney’s think they have a good case, they should sue this clown and his publisher into bankruptcy.
