More info...here's the district ("Kings County" is Brooklyn). Now that I see it, it leaves out hundreds of thousands of blacks from Bed-Stuy in Brooklyn; it includes part of the Rockaways which is heavily Jewish and Irish (lots of firemen and cops). In Brooklyn, it includes a big Jewish and Italian area. And, a big Asian part of Queens.

Looks like Sheepshead Bay, Brighton Beach and a few other neighborhoods in Brooklyn and The Rockaways, Howard Beach, Woodhaven, Maspeth, Middle Village, Forrest Hills and and few other neighborhoods in Queens.Looks like mostly white neighborhoods.
