According to my spreadsheet, Weprin could still pull this off, if

a) Voter numbers in all remaining districts (in both Queens and Brooklyn) are 15% higher than all preceding reporting districts, and

b) voters turn out 3:1 for the Democrat.

Basically, the "big diehard überlib districts holding out 'till the bitter end" situation would defeat Turner. But that's about it.

Turner must have unofficial reports from the outstanding precincts. He would not have given his victory speech if there was a chance of losing. And all of the major news outlets have called it for Turner.
