I’m sure there’s a Freeper who can analyze this tape in a lot more detail than we can just viewing it.
But it’s pretty clear she’s expressing disdain about something related to the flag and that Barry is yukking it up in agreement with her.
She seems to be saying: “all this for a flag?” It’s all over You Tube where some hard-of-hearing people are lip-reading. Pretty disgraceful for a First Lady, huh?
